Robust Snap Box / Utility Case (mit optionalem Arnika-Inlay)

Eine stabile, vielseitig einsetzbare Aufbewahrungsbox mit Scharnieren und Snap-Verschlüssen. Die Box misst 180 × 147 × 50 mm und schließt durch die integrierten Verschlüsse zuverlässig und fest.

Zusätzlich gibt es ein passgenaues Inlay für eine Arnika-Essenz-Flasche, wodurch sich die Box ideal als kompakte Notfall- oder Apothekerbox eignet.

Benötigtes Baumaterial (BOM)

Für die Montage des Scharniers und der Verschlüsse werden folgende Teile benötigt:

6× M4 Zylinderkopfschrauben (Länge: 35 mm)

6× M4 Muttern

Druckeinstellungen (Recommended Settings)

Schichthöhe: 0,20 mm (z. B. 0.20mm STRUCTURAL)

Infill: 20 % – 40 % (für hohe Stabilität empfohlen)

Düse: 0,4 mm

Material: PLA, PETG oder ABS/ASA (getestet mit Prusament PLA)

Stützstruktur: Nur an Stützverstärkern (Support Enforcers), wo nötig (z. B. an den Scharnierösen/Schließern)

Montagehinweise

1. Deckel befestigen: Den Deckel an der Rückseite des Unterteils ansetzen und die Scharniere mit zwei M4 × 35 mm Schrauben und M4 Muttern fixieren.

2. Verschlüsse anbringen: Die beiden Snap-Schließer an der Vorderseite mit den restlichen zwei M4 × 35 mm Schrauben und Muttern montieren.

3. (Optional) Das Arnika-Inlay einfach in den Boden der Box einsetzen.

A sturdy, versatile storage box with hinges and snap closures. The box measures 180 × 147 × 50 mm and closes reliably and firmly thanks to the integrated closures.

In addition, there is a custom-fit inlay for an arnica essence bottle, making the box ideal as a compact emergency or pharmacist box.

Layer height: 0.20 mm (e.g. 0.20mm STRUCTURAL)

Infill: 20% – 40% (recommended for high stability)

Nozzle: 0.4 mm

Material: PLA, PETG or ABS/ASA (tested with Prusament PLA)

Support structure: Only on support enforcers, where necessary (e.g. On the hinge eyes/closures)

Assembly instructions

1. Attach the lid: Attach the lid to the back of the lower part and secure the hinges with two M4 × 35 mm screws and M4 nuts.

2. Attach closures: Mount the two snap fasteners on the front with the remaining two M4 × 35 mm screws and nuts.

3. (Optional) Simply insert the arnica inlay into the bottom of the box.
