A compact, fully 3D-printable sanding block designed for quick and easy sandpaper changes.
The model uses a separate base, ergonomic upper grip, and large printed thumb screw to securely clamp a strip of sandpaper in place. The wide, scalloped knob is easy to tighten by hand, so no tools or additional hardware are required.
The low-profile shape provides good control for smoothing flat surfaces, cleaning up edges, and working on small woodworking or 3D-printing projects. When the abrasive becomes worn, simply loosen the knob, replace or reposition the sandpaper, and tighten it again.
