I printed Gomiappuroda's blower adapter (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6773548), with the end chopped off when slicing to save space, then used this piece to mount the blower next to the card so it fits in my case. Two versions, one with full airflow and one scaled 50% to save even more space if needed.
