Alexandrite is a fully 3D printable modular enclosure designed with simplicity, flexibility, and customization in mind.
The frame is composed of interchangeable dovetail-connected sections, allowing parts to be replaced, modified, or expanded without redesigning the entire enclosure.
The enclosure measures 320 × 200 × 38 mm and is assembled using only 16 × M4 x 10mm screws and nuts, making assembly straightforward while keeping the structure rigid and easy to disassemble.
All parts are optimized for PETG and PLA.
I plan to design additional frame modules, accessories, and panel options so the enclosure can adapt to different projects and use cases over time.

Print Settings
For all parts, I recommend:
20 - 25% infill
Tri-Hexagon infill pattern
2 - 3 perimeters
supports for corner and center joints
These settings provide a good balance between strength, print time, and material usage.
