This is a case for a USB-C power/data splitter sold on AliExpress. It's described as "USB Power Splitter for Raspberry Pi BliKVM & KVM "KVM over IP" HDMI-compatible CSI 1 IN 2 Type-C Power Splitter" and has the brand "Blicube" printed on the PCB. It's intended for powering a Raspberry Pi, but I bought it to be able to charge my phone rapidly from a USB-PD charger in my car while also using Android Auto (or Carplay).
The PCB has 2.5mm holes but I didn't have any shorter M2.5 screws so I made it for M2x3mm threaded inserts (and ~3-4mm socket head screws). I have ordered some M2.5 screws and will post a new version when I receive them. It was designed to be as compact as possible, so the lid doesn't have any specific way of attaching, however the little piece on the lid which clips into the lower casing does actually hold it in place fairly nicely. A bit of superglue or solvent weld adhesive around the edge would attach it properly though.
