In this model I leveraged a light gridfinity base model by Doug Kremer to organize some of my Harbor Freight mini toolboxes.

These boxes are probably made in several factories globally to relatively loose tolerances. The two I have here at the house differ by a couple of millimeters, and there are differences in the rolled lip on top. Even in the same toolbox, the drawers are different enough that a snug fit on one is too large for the other.

In this model, I made the 3x5 bases for both drawers 214 mm x 127.2 mm. The 3x6 base for the top section is 271.4 mm x 145.4 mm. Your mileage and toolbox may vary. I would like to hear from other users experience with the dimensions. (I already added a new size variation... one of the 4 drawers was still too small!)

I included an updated Fusion file. Use the parameters to adjust the grid. A 3x5 grid works in the drawer, and a 3x6 grid in the top. Use the offset face operations to tweak the size in for your application.

I printed these with the top side down on the build plate to avoid overhangs and supports due to the thin shell.
