This is my take on a 3D printed case for the FOME Polygonus Universal 112 ECU.

It's rugged, configurable, and easy to print and assemble. Top and bottom lids make the ECU easy to access, and the Polygonus PCB clamps securely between the two mid sections of the case.

For my build I'm using an external SD card for data logging (I hate waiting for logs to download over slow USB), so there's an optional SD reader "box" that can be mounted to the lid.
The SD card adapter I used came from here: https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B00S6AMWK2

Use any material you like (I used PETG). I wouldn't recommend a CF-reinforced filament, though for obvious reasons.

The mid-upper section has three separate "plugs" that should be printed in place. If you're using a WiFi/BT module, one of these can be removed either before or after printing to mount an antenna.

You'll need 6x M3 heat-set inserts and 6x M3 screws (10 of each if you're adding the SD card box). The mounting ears take M6 screws.
