A compact, ultra-versatile phone kickstand designed to fold flat against your case while providing full 360° rotation and multiple precise viewing angles.

Whether you need a steep angle for hands-free video calls in portrait mode or a low tilt in landscape mode, the integrated notched ratchet arm locks securely into place to prevent slipping.

✨ Key Features
  • * 360° Smooth Rotation: Effortlessly spin between portrait and landscape orientation.

  • * Multi-Angle Ratchet Adjustment: Stepped ladder notches lock firmly into the support frame to offer a wide range of tilt angles.

  • * Folds Flush: Low-profile design collapses flat so your phone slides smoothly into pockets.

  • * Modular Assembly: Designed as a multi-piece print for optimal strength across laylines.

🖨 Recommended Print Settings
  • Layer Height: 0.20mm

  • Walls / Perimeters: 3 to 4 perimeters for extra structural rigidity

  • Infill: 15% for the Hub. 25% Gyroid for the ring arms

  • Material: PETG or Tough PLA recommended (PETG provides better layer adhesion and hinge/notch wear-resistance over time)

  • Supports: None required if oriented correctly flat on the print bed.

🛠 Assembly & Mounting
  • Assembly:

    • Orientation Check:

      • Hub Ring: Position the ring so the stepped/recessed inner rim faces upward (away from the phone case) so the central mounting disc drops flush inside it.

      • Ensure the ladder notches on the leg face down

    • Hinges: Push short strands of 1.75mm filament through the hinge holes to lock the joints together.

    • Push a short piece of 1.75mm filament through the bottom ends of the Bracing Arms to create the locking crossbar pin.

    • Trim all filaments flush

    • Optional Retention: Use a 3D pen to melt and rivet the exposed filament ends flush, or add a tiny dab of super glue (CA glue) to lock them permanently in place.

  • Mounting: Download the base disc file that matches your tape thickness, then attach it to the back of your phone case using a high-tack double-sided mounting strip
