After the original plastic springs on my Hamstra flyscreens had all become brittle and failed, I modelled and printed these replacements. These springs help keep the flyscreen stay locked in the window frame.
This spring was designed with a large radius to reduce stress concentrations. The small lip keeps it aligned to the frame. Should be printed in PETG for flexibility. It is probably best to use white filament for maximal UV resistance.
