The cheap Samsung earphones included with my cellphone have some rigid parts, and every spool I tested put a high tension on these. Finally, I measured the distance needed to put all rigid parts in the flat surface of the spool, and I found I needed something about 75 mm long and 7.5 mm wide.
This way, the button part and the left-right earphone joint are put on the center of the spool, protected.
Printed at high-speed low-detail, with a (somehow wet and degraded) ESUN PLA+, 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.2mm height, (initial layer height 0.3mm), 20% infill, 200°C nozzle temp, 60°C bed temp, 40mm/s speed (30mm/s walls), with a skirt adhesion on a cheap JGMagic printer enhanced with Zflex magnetic bed.
