Each module clips onto its neighbor using a rounded, LEGO-like clip.
The fit is intentionally quite tight to ensure good strength. In my case, the entire rack could be lifted by holding onto just a single module.
For the best results, print the modules vertically. No supports should be needed for V1.0 and V1.8. V1.7 may be more challenging to print without supports, depending on your printer, due to its steeper overhangs.
I have included the .ipt files in case you want to make your own modifications. There is also a parameter called tol that can be adjusted if you want to change the tightness of the fit.
V1.7 and V1.8 are attempts to reduce filament usage.
Recommended Print Settings
V1.0: A single wall should be sufficient. I used two walls with PLA, but the resulting strength was probably overkill.
Surface ironing: Use ironing on the uppermost surface if you want a smoother facade.
Side and corner modules: Pay close attention to the print orientation. Depending on where you want to place them, these modules may need to be flipped. The textured build-plate side and the top side have different surface finishes, so they may look mismatched if placed next to each other.
