Background I was getting tired of my fingers getting hot to the point of burning so I decided a 3D printed, short off-set handled ring spanner would be a help.

Spanner I wanted something open so you could get a second spanner / wrench onto the locking nut but the handle had to clear the bed frame and be short enough to clear the printer side walls.  The right rear adjustment knob has the least clearance due to the cable attached to the heat bed.  Once the lock nut is loosened off you don't need much torque to turn the knob.

Printing Since you need to make the bed leveling adjustments at the intended operating temperature you need a filament that will take the heat.  I recommend these printed in some form higher temperature filament like ABS or ASA or PPA-CF Core.  I used PLA while doing the early prototypes and one deformed enough to get partially wedged in place.  ABS is fine.  PPA-CF Core was used because I had some and I wanted to try using ABS as a support material.  I'm not a fan of using GF or CF filled filaments for items that you are going to handle with your bare hands due to the possibility of fibers getting embedded in your skin like GF insulation can do.  I haven't found any problem with the Siraya Tech PPA-CF Core.  Only the handle has some infill in it - check out the 3MF
