I have no idea what these boxes are called. None of mine seem to have any sort of manufacturer stamp on them, and no company I've seen sells all the sizes, but it's what pretty much everyone ships small electronic and hardware parts in.
The three sizes are:
Large: 204x110 mm
Medium: 173x90 mm
Small: 129x68 mm
The small and medium boxes are the full 42 mm tall, and can fit two boxes on top of each other.
