For best results, print it in PETG or ASA if you plan to use it outdoors. PETG is a strong and forgiving choice with good durability, while ASA is better if you want improved weather resistance and longer-term outdoor performance. Both are better choices than basic PLA when the part may be exposed to sun, heat, or repeated handling.
Use supports where needed, especially under overhangs, inside mounting areas, or any sections that would otherwise print in midair. IThe phone slot and rotating joint may need careful support placement to keep the fit clean and functional. A slower print speed and good layer adhesion will also help the finished part feel more solid.
