A tiny card stand for small cards up to 80 mm tall. Print one to prop a card up, or print a mirrored pair and clip one on each side for a stand that actually stays put.
What you get
Sprung clip grips the card while the triangular foot stops it tipping backwards
Use one on its own, or print a mirrored L/R pair and clip one on each edge for a much more stable stand
One piece measures 25.4 x 40.8 x 25.2 mm and uses almost no filament
Bundled 3mf is a complete L + R set on one plate, laid flat, no supports
Prints in well under an hour for the full pair
Fit check
Sized for small cards up to 80 mm tall — photo cards, business cards, place cards, small greeting cards
Card thickness works best from about 0.3 mm up
Thinner than 0.3 mm can feel loose in the clip — slip a second card in behind the first so the spring stays compressed
One unit props a card up fine; two mirrored units on both edges is what makes it stable
Every photo is the actual printed part, no renders
Print settings
Bambu Lab P1S with a 0.4 mm nozzle, stock 0.20mm Standard profile.
PETG recommended — the clip is a spring, and PETG holds its springiness far longer than PLA
My test prints are PLA (Bambu PLA Matte) and work fine, they just relax over time
0.20 mm layers / 2 walls / 15% infill
Supports: none — the parts lie on their side in the bundled 3mf
Need the pair? Print the STL twice with one copy mirrored, or just slice the bundled 3mf
