I needed a container for my Tsprof Aplha stone set (125x 25x6 mm)
I designed this so that the box is independent of the tray that holds the stones, so I can change the interior while keeping the same box; the tray is simply placed inside with a precise fit. I can have more trays and bring with me what I need if necessary.
The box is kept closed by 4 neodymium magnets, 2 on the lid and 2 on the bottom of the box, plus a mechanical lock that prevents the lid from moving back and forth (in the middle).
The tray have 8 slots of 7mm in width.
The magnets I used are rectangular with dimensions 12x5x2 mm, you will also need 3 M3x20mm screws with corresponding self-locking nuts.
You can print the two parts of the box with the outer walls on the plate and without supports (I have used them), the tray obviously does not need them.
