The stock travel of the STECS felt a bit far for me and rotated too much for my ergonomic preferences so I made this thing to limit the travel. It fits into the detent rail using the stock bolt and nutplate. It can limit the travel to a max of ~80%, though I use 75. To get higher travels the stem would have to be so long the detent bearings would hit the screw.
