This is a simplified CAD reference model of the Raspberry Pi 5, intended primarily for designing cases, mounts, brackets, enclosures and other parts around the board.
It's available in:
F3D
STEP
3MF
STL
I created it because I wanted an accurate, true-scale Raspberry Pi 5 model that was convenient to work with in Fusion. The official STEP model provided by Raspberry Pi is very detailed, including many small PCB components, which is great if you can run it properly. Personally I couldn't.
I started with the official model and removed most of the small SMD components while keeping the connectors, larger chips and other geometry that may be mechanically relevant. I also simplified some components by combining their separate parts.
Apart from this simplification, I have not intentionally modified the geometry, dimensions or placement of the remaining parts.
Please note
This model is not primarily intended to be 3D printed. Its main purpose is to serve as reference geometry when designing something around a Raspberry Pi 5.
Official mechanical drawings, detailed STEP files and other product information are available from the Raspberry Pi Product Information Portal:

For applications where dimensional accuracy is critical, verify your design against the latest official Raspberry Pi documentation and, where appropriate, physical hardware.
