The cover is designed to simply slide over the original cardboard tissue box, so there is no need to remove or transfer the tissues.
The internal dimensions are 113 × 113 × 123 mm (W × D × H). The opening on the top was designed to match the type of tissue box shown in the photos.
The model can be printed without supports by placing it upside down, with the top surface directly on the build plate.
However, depending on your build plate and filament, the top surface may end up glossy or have a visible build plate texture. If you prefer a different surface finish, there are two options:
Print the box in the opposite orientation using supports.
Print the box without supports and use the included 0.4 mm thick separate top panel. The panel can be printed separately, optionally with ironing enabled, and then glued onto the top of the box. This gives the top a clean finished appearance while still avoiding supports.
I printed the model with the following settings:
0.4 mm nozzle
0.2 mm layer height
0.4 mm line width
3 walls
0% infill
5 top layers
4 bottom layers
