Use Fusion's parametric modelling to create a base design of a box with variable L x H x W and wall thickness for both the box and the lid. Lid fixing holes and corner pillars automatically match the box corner holes.
Four circuit board mounting bosses can be defined on height with their width and length and offset from centre in X and Y.
Create the basic box for your project and then do a SaveAs in Fusion to customise it further with holes as needed.
