I designed my own avbay to mate with the nose cone threads on the Malice, 54mm Punisher clone, by Frogglicker. The threads model is included to ease remixing for different avionics. The Quasar model will hold an Eggtimer Quasar and a 900mah battery. The intent is for the igniter wires to route thru the holes in the base and directly connect to the altimeter. The holes are sealed with rubber plugs. The altimeter and battery hold down mounting holes are sized to be tapped for 4-40 screws. I use the same nylon screws I use as shear pins. Metal screws may be self tapping.
I'm doing dual deploy with a floating surgical tube charge for apogee separation and cable cutter for main deploy.
