The NOCO charger that can be permanantly mounted inside your engine compartment has a short cord you can pull out and plug into an extension cord. They also have a flush mount plug that you can mount on a flat surface. If you want to mount it on the grill and not on the side of your car/truck then you will need a backer plate. I quickly drew one up and printed it using PTEG plastic. Works great by sandwiching the grill between the plug and plate.
