This model provides a guide for metal stamps for 3mm characters. The model has two parts, the guide and the sled. It is intended for metal stamps that measure 6mm square and 60mm long.
The stamp sits in the sled, which maintains the vertical alignment and positioning. The rib on the back of the sled slots into recesses on the back of the guide & aligns the sled with one of the 12 possible character positions. The spacing provides for about 1mm between 3mm characters. The feet on the guide support it & can be used to secure it's position with a bit of painters tape.
Print both the sled & guide in their native orientation. You probably need to use a brim for printing the sled. The guide needs supports.
In addition to the .STL files, Fusion 360 source and .STEP files are provided.
