We made this belly-up cat for Sparrow. Three dozen iterations later, the curves are finally right—your thumb drops into the tummy dish and just stays there.

It prints in an hour with zero supports. The absolute most important setting: do not rotate it. The file drops onto the build plate standing on its side. Leave it exactly like that. Printing sideways forces the layer lines to run parallel to your thumb's stroke. That's where the smoothness actually comes from.

Use 0.28mm layers, 3 walls, and 15% infill. Don't bother cranking up the infill to make it heavier; the model is so thin there's barely any hollow space inside anyway. Just take two minutes to paint your Z-seam along the outer rim so your thumb never bumps into it while fidgeting.

There's a Soft version (open eyes) and a Grumpy version (squinting). Print whichever cat you are today. Post a make if you run one—we'd love to see it in a color that isn't gold.
