This is a shoe for a regular Tipp Kick Kicker (the one with the pointy foot). It's designed to produce more precise shots by having a rectangular-flat contact area (it works!! :-)). It's simply slipped over the kickers foot.
I printed it using a 0.2mm nozzle since it's a pretty small and fragile (around the foot) part but I would assume it also works with 0.4mm nozzles. I could imagine that with the 0.4 nozzle it might not stick to the foot when playing. You could then use some glue/tape to keep it secure.
