Summary
I needed a hook that would securely and conveniently hold my Dewalt hand shop vacuum. My previous solution was a standard hook and it allowed the vacuum to drag against the wall. You can see some of the scuffs in the images.
Features
Easy to print
No assembly
Strong (Estimated to hold up to 100lbs)
Keeps the vacuum and attachments from scuffing the wall
Can be used for any tools that have the hook that fits on 2x4s
Cut the lower pad off in Prusa Slicer as needed

Example Print Settings
Material: Prusament ASA
Nozzle: 0.4mm @265°C
Bed: PEI @ 110°C
Layer Height: .250mm (Structural)
Max Volumetric Speed/Flow: 26mm³/s
Infill: 15% Cubic with 100% cylinders around the screw holes

Brim: 10mm
Supports: NA
Print Notes:
A brim isn't strictly required, but since ASA can warp slightly when cooled too quickly, it helps improve plate adhesion.
PLA is likely strong enough but I recommend ASA, ABS, PTCG or PETG.
The example hook was vapor smoothed with acetone to give it a nice shine and OEM look
