Note: The model shape itself was traced by hand by me, and extruded to a half-egg shape. Claude -> Fusion MCP was used to modify the spots for the glue version. This model therefore was not primarily AI generated, but rather AI assisted in some of the more advanced features.

Hardware: Per each egg, you need a M3 nut, and a M3 screw. To fit just the spacer and egg, you need a ~30mm screw, but when adding on drawer width you may need 45-50mm screw in total.

This model contains 2 versions: A print-in-place version for multi-material systems like MMU3 or INDX, with no gaps between the egg and spots, and a non-multi-material version for gluing the spots into place which includes a small gap between the spots and egg.

When printing, add a pause at the top of the nut hole, and insert a M3 nut. If you have different sized nuts/screws, you can adjust this in the Fusion project.

Recommended print settings: 15% gyroid infill, as small layer height as you can do (0.4mm nozzle -> 0.07mm). Recommended to print the glue version due to reduced waste.

I made this for my son's dresser, to replace his firetruck & car themed drawer pulls.
