Using 3d Fuel's Pro PCTG, 4-6 walls, 40% Gyroid infill, 0.6mm nozzle, 80 degree C bed, 270 degree C hotend, and enclosure temp around 45 degrees C will result in around 40Kg load capacity. Can use the PCTG-GF10 instead for increased strength.
