My Standard Panavise Jaws have become worn. Making 3D printed replacements seemed an obvious solution. Along with each of the usual jaw types I also added one with vertical slots for holding wires.
Included:
Simple rectangular jaws
Jaws with a horizontal PC board slot
Jaws with vertical wire slots
Chamfered versions of each of the above
Shown samples printed:
Using filaments ASA (Black and White), TPU (transparent)
With 0.2 mm resolution, 50% infill, "support cubic" infill pattern
On QIDI Plus4 printers
