This is a replacement bracket for the visor anchor. It is 2 piece with 2: 4-40 screws/nuts (sorry metric guys, I had them on hand). The two piece was the easiest way to preserve functionality of the swivel. I think the original design is one piece and made to allow the visor to "click" into place - that's probably why it failed??
There is a minor detail of the part not seating against the ceiling flush - I will fix that and update the files when done. Original Fusion file is included. I have a video as well - will add that when I modify file to seat properly.
I printed out of PLA with several sidewalls and decent top/bottom thickness with 30% infil. It works fine but as I said, I need to figure out what is keeping it from seating flush. I'll fix that when time allows.
