Sharp RC Stick Ends – M4 Thread
Aggressive, sharp replacement stick ends with an M4 internal thread designed for RC transmitters (such as the RadioMaster TX16S and other radios using M4 gimbal shafts). The sharp crown pattern provides maximum grip and prevents finger slippage—ideal for pinch and hybrid pinch pilots.
Recommended Print Settings:
Nozzle: 0.2 mm strongly recommended (essential for razor-sharp crown tips and clean, functional internal M4 threads)
Material: PETG (delivers high layer adhesion, durability, and great resistance to outdoor conditions/sweat)
Orientation: Flat base on the build plate, teeth pointing up
Layer Height: 0.08 mm – 0.12 mm
Perimeters / Walls: 4 (or set to 100% solid)
Infill: 100%
Supports: None needed
Installation:
Designed to screw directly onto standard M4 gimbal shafts. On the first install, thread it down slowly and straight to form the thread cleanly, or lightly chase it with an M4 tap for a silky-smooth fit.
