Bookend with Category Label
A simple bookend designed to help organize and index books on a shelf.
The model includes a vertical text label that remains visible between groups of books, making it easy to divide your collection into categories, subjects, genres, or any other sections you want. Both Left Hand and Right Hand versions are included, so you can choose the orientation that best fits your shelf layout and the position of the books.
The main bookend measures 90 × 90 mm, excluding the text label. If larger or stronger bookends are needed, the models can be scaled up in your slicer before printing.
Printing Recommendations
Material: Any material should work. For better durability and resistance to bending, a stronger or stiffer material than PLA is recommended.
Infill: 20% or more.
Layer height: The model can be printed with a relatively large layer height. The example prints were made at 0.28 mm PLA.
Supports: Not required when printed in the orientation provided in the STL file.
Choose either the Left Hand or Right Hand version depending on how you want the label positioned.
