For my Ender 5 Endorphin Hybrid CoreXY build, I noticed that tightening the bolts for the X-Axis idlers causes binding in the bearings, leaving the idlers locked. So I cannot fully tighten the bolts.
This created wobble in the idlers.
Still in this condition, I managed a .2 mm tolerance on the OrcaSlicer tolerance test. (not the .05 I get with my PrusaXL, but still impressive for a 6 year old printer with otherwise stock hardware.)
This model sits as a cap over the idlers, and the belt, and acts as a stabiliser for the idler axle bolts.
