I made this using photos of a stock badge to get the font correct and I matched the size, side taper, and curvature to a chrome set I had already. I also included a negative cutout guide which can be temporarily taped onto the car so the letters can be put on right the first time.
I printed it using black ABS on a Prusa One L and wet sanded the top surface. It was attached to my Beetle using 3M body tape.
