This is a completely new design based on the existing idea.
Simply thread the rubber cord through both small "Deckel Clips" and secure it with a figure-eight knot to prevent it from slipping through. Then simply press the "Deckel Clip" on one side into the "Deckel" and, if necessary, glue it in place or weld it with a soldering iron. Push the open end through the wand with a string and press it into the "Deckel" on the other side, just as before.
