I decided to go back to simpler times and use a traditional badger hair brush for shaving. The last shaving soap bar I bought came without a container, so I designed and printed a small holder for it. I made a ventilated lid with plenty of openings so the soap can breathe, along with a hollow handle so it can double as a scoop if I want to transfer a bit of soap into a lathering mug.
And for texture I used basic fuzzy skin 0.1mm both parameters.
