Fittings for a small rotameter to connect it with small ID tubing for use in testing a hydrogen fuel cell with pure H2. The input side was adapted with a tube of TPU to another fitting made of PLA with the PLA fitting going into a 5 mm ID tube connected to a gas cylinder. The output fitting made of PLA screws into the rotameter body and fits a small ID tubing meant to connect to the fuel cell input.
Print these fully solid maxing out perimeters until the part is solid and print the PLA parts with a brim or individually for good adhesion. Also ensure your TPU is dry before printing. At the end after assembly, to prevent any leaks, seal the entire setup with RTV silicone.
