KlickyDock is an automatic docking system for the Klicky Probe, designed for the Voron Trident. A servo rotates the dock horizontally, moving it from a retracted position on the left to the docking position on the right when the probe needs to be attached or removed.

You will need to modify the Klicky config to use a servo and add the servo configuration to your printer config file.

When installing the servo, make sure it is set to 100 degrees. This will give you some room to adjust the retract and deploy settings. For example, mine is set to 2 for retract and 96 for deploy. The dock will need to be in the deploy position, use the tool provided to install the servo. This will protect the Dock Servo Arm from bending. (Push it in, then to the left).

Change the following values in klicky-variables.cfg. (Don't forget to set the dock location also.)

  • variable_enable_dock_servo: True

  • variable_servo_name: 'klickydock'

  • variable_servo_deploy: (90 to 100)

  • variable_servo_retract: (0 to 10)

  • variable_servo_delay: 250
