The original plastic trigger guard of my Mossberg 185D-B 20g shotgun cracked, so this is a replacement print. Not a 100% match, but close enough to be secure to the stock.
- Print Settings -
[Bed Placement]: Place the trigger guard on it's flat side, either is fine.
[Resolution Settings]: 0.16-0.20 mm layer height. However smooth you want the print to be.
[Infill]: 30% - 50%, stronger is better here.
[Material] - Tested with PETG, anything filament more heat-resistant and/or stronger is also good (ASA, nylon, ect). Just not regular PLA, it's too brittle and could melt in the car.
