A fun pretend phone toy for kids, shaped like an iPhone 16 Pro with a printed phone-dialer screen. Great for pretend play, dress-up and desk display.
It prints face-down as a single assembled object made of eleven closed colour parts, so the keypad, screen, cameras and back detail come out already in place.
Printed on a Bambu Lab A1 (0.4 mm nozzle, textured PEI plate) in PLA. Four colours via AMS:
Slot 1 (white): dial pad + camera highlights
Slot 2 (green): call button + back heart
Slot 3 (black): screen, camera glass, LiDAR and microphone
Slot 4 (rainbow): body, side buttons and camera bezels
Print settings used:
0.16 mm layers, 0.20 mm first layer
3 walls, 40% gyroid infill
No supports, no brim (a prime tower is required for the colour changes)
Auto bed levelling on, timelapse off
Notes:
The screen and lens inserts are about 0.60 mm deep; the heart is about 0.48 mm. Details are simplified for FDM printing.
