Using the Easy Lead Screw Cleaner
Stuff/lay small amount (two layers) paper towel or sponge in the cavity.
Add IPA and clip it to the lead screw.
Move the z-axis up and down.
NOTE: I would suggest printing two or three and doing all rods at the same time so you have even pressure on build plate.
