This is a work in-progress eGPU dock for OCuLink PCIe risers that supports GPUs up to 225mm in length and full ATX power supplies. This is the first multi-part printable model that I've made, so please go easy on me.
BOM:
3x 10mm M4 screws with 2x nuts (Add 2-4 if you want to screw down the riser itself, which I'd recommend)
2x 20mm M4 screws with nuts
Superglue is helpful
ATX 24-Pin power button jumper (this is the one that I used, any will work)
1x GPU < ~225-230mm (depending on PCIe power adapter location)
1x ATX PSU (modular is highly preferred
2x PSU/case thumbscrews
Fully assembled (the downloadable version doesn't have the logo on the front):

The PSU and GPU sides have 3 holes for M4 screws, though they're still a bit loose, I'll need to add more attachment points. I used a bit of super glue for the back side.

The PCIe riser slot is pretty snug and fit just right for the riser that I used, your mileage may vary. I did add washers under the riser, drilled some holes, and added a few self-tapping M4 screws to secure it down, though it should stay in place if the GPU is installed:

The vents on the PSU side of things were a bit tricky to remove the supports from, so I'll try to make this a separate panel eventually:

Everything inside, just with side and front panels removed:

The side panels and front panel slide into place (the downloadable front/top panel covers the entire top of the box):

The hole in the GPU-side should line up with the OCuLink port if you use the same riser that I did.
The base isn't complete, so I'd recommend modifying it to your own needs. This piece is hollow with a side port that I put a powered USB-C dock so that I could have only two parallel cables going to my laptop from the eGPU:

Depending on which side of your device the OCuLink port is on, you may want to mirror this print.
