Kenwoood food processors have a safety interlock to prevent the motor engaging when the attachment is not properly mounted. There are two interlocks on the motor unit, one for wider attachments, and one for slimmer attachments (like the blender).
The interlock consists of a protruding lug on the attachment that operates a microswitch in a groove on the motor unit when the attachment is turned. For some reason the interlock lug is a separate piece that clips into a small holder on the atttachment base, and it can fall off and get lost.
This model clips into the holder and operates the interlock correctly.
I printed in PETG for strength and water resistance. Print the part on it's side, for better strength and so you don't need supports. (The tiny locking catch does overhang, but only by 1mm and prints fine without a support.)
