UPDATE 2026.09.23 - I have added even simpler model requiring just one coupling. See TPU-Guide-CC2 (3mf and FreeCAD model).
The original design assumes that the filament adapter is installed permanently, and the filaments are swapped from override path to canvas one. I use Elegoo's Centauri Carbon 2 with top cover and I want to keep it closed whenever it is possible. The original design blocks the cover. I decided that it is much easier to reattach PTFE tubing than removing that guide.
This approach has another advantage that the new design is much easier to print (flat on the side). I also didn't have PTFE collets, but I got some threaded 4mm PTFE couplers instead - which this project supports.
Additional parts needed:
8-10cm of 2mm (external 4mm) PTFE tube
2x PTFE collets (thread 9.2mm)
Printed with PET-G, layer height 0.2mm with all surfaces ironing (to keep the internal "pipe" as smooth as possible.
