A compact, screwless enclosure for ESP32-WROOM-32D (A2 delivery) with integrated BME280 temperature, humidity and pressure sensor.
Design highlights:
Screwless assembly – the case slides together using integrated rails, making it easy to open for modifications or flashing. Attach to the wall with screws or teip.
Thermal design – the ESP32 MCU is positioned so that heat dissipates into the gap between the board and the enclosure wall, keeping the BME280 sensor isolated for accurate temperature readings.
BME280 placement – mounted at the top of the enclosure for optimal air circulation and reliable environmental measurements.
USB access – cutout designed for standard USB connectors (tested with USLION braided cable).
BOOT & RESET buttons – accessible through dedicated openings without opening the case.
