At first glance, it's just the front cap of your Prusa spoolholder. Look closer, and it's a tiny filament roll of its own, sitting proudly where a plain cap used to be. It doesn't lock anything, it doesn't unlock anything; it's simply there to make your printer's setup a little more fun to look at every time you load a new spool.
