Want to thank Nathan Wise for the awesome print as I had a lot of fun with this one and have made a few for the family. (also great first name)
I was having an issue with overly "touchy" rounds that would pop as the slightest bump. Added the jut and matching recess and it has completely fixed my issue. Wanted to share here in case it may be helpful to others.
Print Settings:
I've had success with these settings
Material: PLA
Layer Height: .10mm
Nozzle: .4mm works well, smaller may work as well or better since the details are fine
No modifications are needed to additional original parts.
