Printable prop guard for the BlueBoat which provides IP20 protection for preventing contact between fingers and the prop!

The goal of this guard is to increase the safety of the BlueRobotics BlueBoat when operating near people or other sensitive things where propeller contact must be avoided.

It isn't really meant for day to day usage as it will have a significant impact on motor performance, and will likely somewhat undermine the weedless performance of the M200 motors. (see performance comparison graphs). Also PLA does not have very good impact absorption. dropping the blue boat onto the guards or hitting them hard will likely break them.

You will need 4x M3 x 18mm socket head screws. To install first unscrew the 2 M3 x 8mm screws that hold on the M200 motor. Then slide the motor into the front half of the mount, pulling the cable through it's slot. Install the motor and guard onto the BlueBoat with 2 M3 x 18mm screws, then clip the back half onto the guard. Repeat on the other side.
