This is a very simple stand for a weekly photo calendar produced by fotocalendar.com which happens to have a carton back that is just too weak to carry the load: after a short time the back bends and the calendar falls over.
Print two of them and use paper clips to attach them to the calendar on both sides - and you're back to a good splendid presentation.
Because only very little filament is required, this model lends itself for printing with filament left overs.
