This is a very cool turbofan type aircraft engine wich generates thrust for to plane. Usually passanger planes use this type of engnes like the Airbus A320 or the Boeing 737. With this spinning engine, you can teach and learn the way, how these engines work. Id you have a smoke machine, you can see how the gases move inside the engine.

You have to get:

  • 2pc  8x16x5mm bearing

  • 2pc M3 heat inserts (M3x6x4.2mm)

  • 2pcv M3x8mm screws

To assemble

  1. Put the bearings at the place where those fit properly

  2. Glue the 4 center cylindrical things (fan, compressor, connector, turbine) together

  3. Put the center chaft in the center of the bottom cover

  4. Inset the heat inserts with a soldering iron, put the top part with the screw hole on top, screw the 2 screws in

  5. You can put the other top part at the very top

After you made the model, it can be spinned and if you put the top part on too and spin it fast enough, it cann simulate the airflow with for example a smoker.
